Multiple shifts are available:

• 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (plus eligibility to transfer to 1st shift as needed)
• Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (3 day workweek)

Shift incentives may include a premium (10%–15% for 2nd shift; 11.11% for weekend shift), paid lunch, and other benefits. Benefits start when you start, including medical, dental, 401(k) match, time off accruals, and weekly pay days.

As a Sheet metal Technician, you will work with aircraft structures, read blueprints and drawings, and apply fastening systems, procedures, and techniques. You will have opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative environment.

You will be ESSENTIAL to many functions including:

• Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, and cutting on airframe components
• Application and removal of sealant, sound deadening, and finish materials
• Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of shop facilities, equipment, and tooling
• Safely operate shop equipment such as brakes, presses, riveting equipment, shears, and hand tools
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases
• Effective communication in English (speak, write, read)
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management
