2nd shift Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm‑12:00 am. Shift incentive includes a 10%‑15% premium, paid lunch, 3‑day weekends, and eligibility to transfer to 1st shift as needed.
What you can expectAs Engineering – Draft and Design Technician, each day will bring new experiences and opportunities for growth. You will need a basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft structures, ability to read blueprints, work from drawings, fastening systems, procedures and techniques. Responsibilities- Proper development of technical data, including substantiation for FAA 8110‑3 approval.
- Research processes and procedures for modifying, repairing, and altering components.
- Create and verify work‑order planning documents.
- Assist shop with interpretation of drawings, processes, and procedures to support component repair.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for navigating electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases, Microsoft Office, and other engineering programs.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
