Located in Houston, TX Morales Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative Off‑Premise for the Arlington, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Waxahachie, Cedar Hill territories. We have a competitive compensation package with a wide range of benefits for full‑time employees.

Job Description Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to accounts to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and promotional execution.
Sales Execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Introduce new products to retail accounts, driving incremental sales opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorders to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
Merchandising And Marketing
  • Ensure all products are displayed in line with company and retail standards.
  • Implement marketing programs, including displays, tastings, and promotions.
  • Provide product education and training for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales.
Reporting And Analysis
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and opportunities.
