- Providing service to customers in Tool Rental, including writing contracts and invoices, demonstrating tool use, and ensuring proper operation.
- Maintaining and repairing tools, testing repaired units, and ensuring quality control.
- Managing tool inventory and maintaining equipment in both store and non-store locations.
