Base pay range$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Our client, a credit union, is looking to hire a part time Account Auditor for 2-4 weeks. The Account Auditor is responsible for performing detailed account audits by following established Excel‑based audit trackers and reviewing data within credit card and internal financial systems. This role works closely with leadership and two additional team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of audit tasks.
This position will be on site and they are looking for someone to come in for 20 hours per week, paying around $20/hr they are looking to hire ASAP!
- Account Auditing
- Perform routine and ad hoc account audits following structured Excel worksheets. Review and verify data across credit card and internal software systems. Identify discrepancies and elevate issues as needed.
- Administrative Support – Maintain organized records and documentation related to audits.
- Communicate findings clearly with Felicia and the team.
- Support ongoing process improvements related to audit workflows.
- Work closely with Felicia and two additional team members to meet audit deadlines.
- Participate in team check‑ins and provide status updates on assigned work.
- Experience in an administrative or audit‑focused role.
- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Exposure to credit card systems or financial software preferred.
- Prior experience at a credit union or similar institution is a plus but not required.
- Highly detail‑oriented and able to follow defined processes.
