• Train under the Senior Facilities Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of facility operations and leadership best practices.
• Assist with the planning and execution of facility maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support safety and compliance efforts in coordination with EHS standards and company policies.
• Help manage third‑party vendors and service contracts to ensure timely and cost‑effective performance.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, utilities, lighting, security, etc and respond operational needs as required.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, maintenance logs, permits, and compliance records.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support facility‑related projects and business continuity plans.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations, building codes, and facility systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

• Travel will be required between Cedar Park, TX and Austin, TX.

The Facilities Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Enovis Surgical facility. The role is structured as a developmental opportunity, with the Supervisor training directly under the Senior Facilities Manager to build technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in preparation for future advancement. The role supports critical functions such as facility maintenance, equipment management, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
