We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Business Development Representative to help expand AtWork’s presence throughout the Austin area. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, identifying new client opportunities, conducting outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits, and promoting our staffing services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, organized, and comfortable networking and developing new business relationships.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting recruiting, marketing, applicant follow-up, and general office operations as needed. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through consistently, and is excited to grow professionally in the staffing and business development industry.
