About the Job

We are looking for highly motivated customer service representatives who can multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Our goal is to deliver every pizza to our customers as quickly and safely as possible by operating efficiently in the store. A competitive nature and strong people skills are essential.

Job Duties
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Maintain store equipment
  • Operate lifts and hand trucks to move bulk deliveries (up to 50 lb)
  • Assist with inventory and restocking
  • Deliver pizza safely to customers when requested
Training

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

Training focuses on:

  • Taking orders
  • Labeling boxes
  • Making pizzas
Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Shift Availability

We are flexible with hours and can accommodate a schedule that requires only 1 shift per week or as many as 5–6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.

Advancement

Many of our team members began their careers as delivery drivers or customer service representatives and have progressed to become Domino’s franchise owners, managers, and corporate leaders.

Essential Functions & Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
  • Must make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for rapid, accurate movements
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Physical Demands
  • Standing most of the shift; walking, jogging, or running short distances occasionally
  • Lifting bulk deliveries up to 50 lb; carrying bags or crates up to 50 lb over short distances
  • Reach above 72 in., crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas
  • Operate hand trucks, dollies, and push carts; push trays on dollies up to 30 lb
  • Climb stairs or a ladder infrequently for maintenance tasks
