Lead Our Front Office Team at a Growing Plumbing & HVAC Company – If You Know Service Titan and Dispatch, We Want to Talk

Proven Plumbing & Air is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our call center team. We’re a 35-person company with a strong reputation in the Austin area and a second location on the way.

What you’ll do:

Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
Own call center performance—booking rates, call handling, response times
Work closely with our Plumbing Manager, HVAC Manager, and Office Manager to keep jobs flowing smoothly
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure every customer has a great experience
Improve processes as we grow and expand to a second location

What we’re looking for:

Experience managing a customer service or call center team (home services industry strongly preferred)
Comfortable with technology and data—we use Service Titan and expect you to live in the numbers
Someone who can coach, hold people accountable, and build a positive team culture
Problem-solver who stays calm when things get hectic
