Cedar Park, TX | Full-time
Proven Plumbing & Air is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our call center team. We’re a 35-person company with a strong reputation in the Austin area and a second location on the way.
What you’ll do:- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Own call center performance—booking rates, call handling, response times
- Work closely with our Plumbing Manager, HVAC Manager, and Office Manager to keep jobs flowing smoothly
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure every customer has a great experience
- Improve processes as we grow and expand to a second location
- Experience managing a customer service or call center team (home services industry strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with technology and data—we use Service Titan and expect you to live in the numbers
- Someone who can coach, hold people accountable, and build a positive team culture
- Problem-solver who stays calm when things get hectic
