Overview
Location:
Cedar Park, TX. This is an in-person, on-site role at the Montessori um campus in Cedar Park. You will serve as the operational core and admissions gateway, overseeing functions beyond the classroom and every touchpoint that brings families through the door.
The role includes conducting tours that lead to enrollment, maintaining thoughtful communication with prospective families, monitoring the admissions pipeline, and ensuring campus continuity: day-to-day operations, facility management, vendor relationships, technology support, and safety standards.
Montessori um is a Montessori elementary program (K-6) integrating tactile learning materials with academic technology. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with benefits.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct family tours designed to convert, craft personalized follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions funnel toward enrollment goals
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence toward enrollment
- Implement safety protocols and drills, document incidents accurately, and ensure rigorous compliance standards
- Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and act as the main point of contact for technology issues
- Organize and host open houses and campus events that present Montessori um through a refined, inviting experience
- Provide temporary coverage during staffing shortages to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—including recess duty, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is supervisory support, not teaching.
- Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction to students
- Developing curriculum or altering academic programs
- Spending the entire day at a desk
- Escalating every tech issue
- Working a fixed 9–5 schedule. Some student activities and events occur after hours or on weekends

Basic Requirements- Interest in Montessori elementary (prior knowledge preferred, not necessary)
- Proven admissions or enrollment experience, with direct engagement with parents and students
- Strong ownership mindset and initiative to solve problems independently
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Available to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX or willing to relocate

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
