Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Inventory/Warehouse team. This role is critical to identifying inventory-related issues, implementing improvements, and driving efficiency across operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Odoo systems team, and play an active role in team engagement, training, and continuous process enhancement. The Inventory Analyst will report to the Manager of Warehouse and Logistics and will also work closely with the Shop Manager on continuous improvement initiatives and project execution.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and identify inventory issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Odoo team to develop and implement systematic inventory improvements.
  • Lead and support projects focused on improved work instructions, team training, and problem-solving.
  • Foster team engagement through data-driven insights and collaborative initiatives.
  • Track and report Inventory KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Build and maintain tools to support inventory tracking and increase operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to back up conclusions with data
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize important tasks
  • Strong sense of urgency; able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with software operation and data entry
  • 4+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse environment (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform regular duties, including:
    • Lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 pounds
    • Standing for long periods of time
    • Crouching, bending, and reaching
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP/MRP systems
  • Knowledge of ITAR compliance
  • Experience working in an AS9100-certified environment
