About Ten Cate

Ten Cate is a rapidly growing international company, renowned for innovation and quality in synthetic grass surfaces for sports and landscaping. We push boundaries across the entire value chain – from R&D and manufacturing of yarns, backing, and turf systems to distribution, installation, maintenance, and recycling. As we expand our US footprint, we are building a new US tax function and seeking a driven US Tax Analyst to help shape this capability from the ground up as part of a newly established team.

The

Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior US Tax Manager, this is a hands‑on role where you will help establish and execute Ten Cate’s US tax operations. You’ll be a key contributor in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across federal and state tax matters, while supporting broader tax initiatives and continuous process improvements. This role is central to Ten Cate’s US growth story, offering the autonomy to innovate with the support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimated payments, and related documentation for Ten Cate’s US entities.
  • Develop and maintain a US tax compliance tracker.
  • Support the US tax provision process under ASC 740, including deferred tax calculations and documentation for audits and statutory reporting.
  • Assist with international tax compliance, including preparation and filing of Forms 5471 and 8858.
  • Assist with calculations and reporting for GILTI, BEAT, and FDII, ensuring compliance with US international tax legislation.
  • Monitor US tax legislative changes and assess their impact on Ten Cate’s operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, accounting) and external advisors to ensure compliance and support business initiatives.
  • Support tax audits and help resolve issues with tax authorities.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control.
  • Participate in tax planning, strategy, and legal entity rationalization in partnership with the Senior US Tax Manager and Group Tax Director.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in US federal and state tax within a corporate tax department or public accounting firm.
  • Experience with multi‑entity US organizations and international reporting (5471/8858) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Tax Technology such as Onesource or Alteryx is a plus.
Why Ten Cate
  • Be part of a newly established US tax team supporting a global leader in innovation.
  • Join a company with a global reach and a commitment to innovation.
  • Enjoy autonomy, visibility, and the chance to contribute to building a best‑in‑class tax function.
