Twin Creeks Country Club is seeking a professional and personable Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional wellness services to our valued members. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-end client experience and skilled in a variety of massage techniques.
We are looking for a team member who excels in swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and who has a natural ability to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
* Perform a range of massage therapy services, including but not limited to:  + Swedish/Signature Massage with aromatherapy  + Deep Tissue Massage  + Sports Massage  + Cupping (preferred but not required)  + Additional modalities and certifications are a plus
* Customize sessions based on members' individual needs and preferences
* Establish trust and rapport with members to promote long-term wellness relationships
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care
* Accurately document treatment notes and adhere to health and safety guidelines
* Work collaboratively with fitness and wellness staff to support holistic member care

Qualifications:

* Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to build meaningful connections with a diverse clientele
* Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, evenings, and peak club hours
* CPR/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire date
* Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a country club environment
