  Starting pay: $27-$30 per service hour PLUS commissions and full tips;
  Merit-based increases leading to $48-$50 per service hour for experienced therapists;

• Current Texas massage therapy license
• Proficiency in (or eagerness to learn) deep tissue and Swedish modalities
