This role is perfect for those with little to no recruitment experience, seeking to excel and grow their recruitment career. As a Junior Recruiter, you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, with the opportunity to transition into a Full Desk Recruiter - here is your opportunity for career growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates to match client job requirements using various sourcing methods.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, assisting them through the hiring process from initial contact to job placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and qualifications for specific roles.
• Collaborate with the team to match candidates with client needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tools.
• Work toward KPIs and targets, with monthly commission payouts based on your success.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (e.g., car sales, bartending, real estate, or other commission-based roles).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn and succeed in a recruitment role.
