This is a full-time, in-person position based in Cedar Park, TX. Insurance experience is required.

- Be the calm, confident point of contact clients rely on after the policy is sold
- Help policyholders understand their coverages, spot gaps, and protect what matters most
- Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell additional policies that align with client need
- Assist with online account setup, documents, inspections, and mortgage or escrow changes
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trust
- Handle service requests with urgency, ownership, and professional follow-up
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
- Strong attention to detail, love doing things the right way
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate clearlyli>
- Must be available full-time in our Cedar Park, TX office (no remote work)
