POSITION SUMMARY
Firefly is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced corporate paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. If you're interested in advancing your paralegal career with opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
What you need to have
- Prior experience reviewing contracts and flagging non-standard terms for attorney review.
- Prior experience managing corporate minute books and legal entity qualifications.
- Familiarity with intellectual property and real estate issues.
