• Process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change with precision.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Follow all front‑end procedures and assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and product locations.
• Communicate effectively with the front‑end manager and Head Cashier at all times.
• Ensure checkout areas remain clean and orderly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate front‑end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction/constructive criticism.
• Ability to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Lift/carry product horizontally/vertically up to 30 lbs. for up to 3 feet over 50 hours.
• Use both hands to move grocery carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs. for up to 4 feet over 50 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers; proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills; ability to read, write, and count.
