- Build and nurture a robust pipeline, maintaining proactive outreach and managing all client interactions within our CRM system.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pro Swag’s products and become a trusted advisor, recommending customized promotional solutions that align with clients’ brand objectives.
- Drive revenue through commission‑based earnings by negotiating and closing high‑value deals.
- Collaborate with the Pro Swag team to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and contribute to overall business growth while maintaining independence.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets that directly correlate to commission earnings.
- Manage your own schedule and territory, leveraging the flexibility of contractor status to maximize productivity and earning potential.
- Proven track record in high‑performance, results‑driven sales roles, particularly in B2B settings; experience as an independent contractor preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, building rapport quickly and closing deals effectively in a self‑directed environment.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles and history of exceeding targets in inbound and outbound sales while working independently.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and solution‑oriented, able to manage complex sales processes and overcome challenges.
- CRM proficiency: experience managing leads, tracking activity, and analyzing results without direct supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage own business operations, including expenses and tax obligations as a 1099 contractor.
- Strategic thinking and ability to assess client needs and develop customized strategies.
- Reliable internet connection, professional phone setup, and ability to manage own expenses and taxes.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
