Job SummaryAs a D1 Coach, you will implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout, adapting programs to meet each athlete’s needs. You will maintain regular contact, monitor progress, and cultivate an environment of positivity and motivation. You will support clients across disciplines, including classroom athletes, individual athletes, and team programs.
Responsibilities- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
- Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service—coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
- Modify and adapt movements suited to individual athletes.
- Reduce injury risk by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one NCCA accredited certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
- Experience coaching or playing high school or advanced athletics (preferred).
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
