• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and accurately document scheduling activities
• Act as a care coordinator to assist families in accessing necessary care

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in computer systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and dental software
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines effectively
• Respect for patient confidentiality in all communications
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and a team‑oriented problem‑solving approach

• Experience in a healthcare setting or with dental scheduling processes
