QHSE Administrative Support

Provides administrative support to the QHSE Manager in carrying out and promoting the company's health, safety and environmental management system across its electrical and mechanical project sites.

• Track, sort, file and log weekly HSE site documentation used for trend analysis.
• Request, track and follow up on subcontractor safety documentation.
• Prepare project-specific HSE site files and binders; keep personnel-specific files current.
• Set up HSE site safety boards and emergency response postings.
• Coordinate fall protection equipment inspections and maintain the equipment inventory report.
• Send training notifications so employees stay current; update training certificates and records.
• Copy and scan certificates for new hires.
• Assemble take-away packages for in-house training sessions.
• Monitor HSE-scope equipment and issue reminders for annual inspections and calibrations.
• Check in HSE supply orders and monitor stock levels for re-ordering.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
