Project Executive

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

A Top ENR-ranked national GC is scaling its data center portfolio and needs a PX to own it. You’ll be accountable for delivering large-scale data center projects, from preconstruction to closeout, on schedule, on budget and at a standard clients come back for.

• Market-leading compensation: a 10% uplift on market rate, plus a $5k monthly after-tax per diem

• Own project performance end to end, preconstruction through closeout
• Set strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety and profit
• Work hand in hand with preconstruction, project management and field teams
• Lead senior relationships with owners, architects, consultants and subs
• Control financials, forecasting, risk and commercial performance
• Mentor and grow Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
• Solve major issues fast and hold the team accountable

• 12-20+ years in construction, with significant data center or mission-critical experience
• A track record delivering complex, large-scale projects at a large GC
• Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff
• Strong command of MEP, structural and civil construction
• Proven ownership of project financials, schedules and client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
