Join Baseline Fitness as a Team Lead.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and developing staff.
  • Assist in member service oversight, ensuring all staff provide great customer experience.
  • Very involved in front desk related tasks:
    • Answering phone calls politely and friendly.
    • Taking information calls.
    • Assist in member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and updating membership information.
    • Meet potential members and provide gym tours.
    • Facilitate member service issues and questions.
  • Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
  • Assist in overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
  • Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are trained on current promotions.
  • Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports as needed.
