About the RoleAs an Account Support Advisor, you will manage a variety of incoming interactions that support our customer base, including End User interactions, collections, and customer relations. Inquiries may involve invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, updating account information, and payment terms. You will actively participate in the achievement of team and company goals, processing payments, transfers, and assumptions, and explaining end‑of‑term options.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one‑call resolution
- Provide professional oral and written correspondence with all internal and external customers, as well as cross‑functional positions
- Consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions
- Understand the various types of agreements and the end‑of‑term process for each
- Consistently meet or exceed daily core responsibilities
- Complete basic team tasks
- Understand and abide by account security procedures for all interactions
- Effectively communicate with fellow ASAs to coordinate workflow and coverage needs
- Education:
High School graduate or equivalent - Experience:
Customer Service experience preferred - Computer
Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite;
Salesforce experience desired - Other:
Detail oriented, ability to multi‑task, decision making, collection skills, cross‑training, time management, accountability, high level of written and verbal communication skills, customer oriented, complaint resolution, resolution of mathematical errors
