Webmaster - Wright at Cedar Rapids Community School District
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage your respective school’s website in conjunction with the Technology and Community Relations departments.
- Maintain a website architecture that is comprehensive, user‑friendly and effective for your school's targeted audiences and in alignment with the approved sitemap.
- Work with Technology and Community Relations to adhere to CRCSD brand standards and site policy standards for web content and usage.
- Participate in newly‑implemented Content Management System (CMS) training.
- Conduct daily/weekly content updates and periodic photo updates to your respective site.
- Elementary School: 40 hours per week.
- Includes upfront CMS training provided by Communications and IT departments.
- Experience with basic web applications.
- Good written communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Project management skills.
$25/hour; maximum of 40 hours for the school year.
