The paraprofessional supports students with instructional, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills under supervision of a licensed teacher and aides IEP implementation.
Responsibilities include data collection, small-group or one-on-one instruction, classroom support, safety and confidentiality per FERPA, and before-school supervision.
