What You Will Do
  • Manages auditing of test stations to ensure proper procedure compliance.
  • Edits format of documentation. Verifies change requests are in the proper state and implements into documentation. Performs data conversion using various application media for software development or project file maintenance.
  • Provides tools expertise and support to Engineering: MS Office Apps, requirements capture databases, change management and tracking tools. Generate reports as required.
  • Interfaces with technicians, engineers and engineering managers to create/edit documentation.
  • Works with Engineering to train on processes and tools.
  • Assists in tracking action items, risk management tools, and tasks in the change management tools.
  • Acts as primary focal and liaison for program support, across engineering and other departments.
  • Networks with both internal and external personnel at multiple levels. Communications require skill, tact, persuasion and/or negotiation to accomplish the objective of communication.
  • Ordering hardware related parts.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with Office 365 suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience with the following: ALM, SAP, PREP, Jira.
  • Knowledge/Experience with Operations workstations and supplies requirements.
