About the Opportunity I’m partnered with a nationally recognized construction consultancy and owner’s representative with a long-standing presence across the Midwest. The firm is delivering a 2B+ flagship data center project for a global tech client—one of the most high‑profile mission‑critical builds in the region. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team and support this multi‑year, large‑scale program.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Collaborate with project leadership, engineering teams, and client stakeholders
• Support cost, schedule, and risk management processes
• Contribute to procurement, value engineering, and scope development

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Background in mission‑critical, data center, tech, or large commercial projects is a strong plus
• Proficient with standard estimating tools and takeoff software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on fast‑paced, high‑value programs
• 10% guaranteed annual bonus
