MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager Engineering at our Cedar Rapids, IA office. This position is on our Public Works Service Line and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is strongly preferred. The work you will do:

• Project management including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC
• Client relations
• Design of municipal infrastructure projects
• Mentoring junior engineering staff
• Preparing plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
• Developing project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
• Collaborative learning in a team environment

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in a consulting firm
• PE license preferred in Iowa
• Experience or desire to handle client relations and project management
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
