Responsibilities- Preliminary document formatting and preparation utilizing a variety of applications.
- Primary engineering support focal point for inquiries and problem resolution during the artifact pre‑release phase.
- Support to the release and revision phases of the engineering development cycle.
- Perform project non‑technical duties.
- Serve as process and tool expert for engineering design teams.
- Coordinate and lead activities, demonstrating strong organization and analytical skills.
- Assist in editing software/systems documentation and verifying change requests.
- Provide tools expertise and support to Engineering: MS Office Apps, requirements capture databases, change management and tracking tools.
- Generate reports and ensure compliance with the Third‑Party Intellectual Property process.
- Collect metrics and support preparation of presentation materials.
- Train engineering on processes and tools, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Track action items and tasks in the change management process.
- Support Agile PI/Sprint/Planning Events and assist with Risks and Opportunity reviews.
- Act as primary liaison for program support across engineering and other departments.
- Network with internal and external personnel at multiple levels.
- Perform assignments as directed by engineering teams.
- Maintain required documentation formatting.
- Coordinate interaction of project/program team and support functions.
- Facilitate internal and/or external meetings.
- Release software and/or documents.
- Track Change Orders.
- Participate in status meetings.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
- Experience with Outlook.
- Experience with JIRA is preferred.
