2026 Engineering Co-op – Cedar Rapids at Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and Cove Scottsdale
Location:
Cedar Rapids, IA
Compensation: $20.00‑$25.00 per hour
Duration: 8 months (Fall Co‑op May 2026 – January 2027)
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Full‑time internship

Our co‑op programs are designed to provide paid work experience and valuable hands‑on experience in your field. Co‑op assignments are typically 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday for 8 months.
Responsibilities- Support the start‑up of our new Cedar Rapids, IA facility in either Fabrication or Assembly engineering.
- Incorporate Industrial and Mechanical Engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform analysis of procedures and design fixtures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Develop facility layouts through CAD.
- Develop procedures for new equipment and oversee installation of new equipment.
- Collaborate with various engineering groups.
Pre‑employment drug test required.
