We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer eager to learn and contribute to a range of projects at our Cedar Rapids, IA office. We value talent, trustworthiness, and a strong commitment to providing personalized client service.
Compensation
: $68,000 - $72,000 / year
You will provide civil, municipal, land development, and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods. You’ll perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments of an experienced engineer, applying standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusting and correlating data, recognizing discrepancies, and following standard office procedures through a series of related detailed steps or processes.
This position works directly with clients and firm project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll work in a team environment, draft reports, assist with specifications, and help with preliminary equipment selection. You will collaborate with clients to obtain data and share information.

What it takesYou’ll need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. If you are a recent graduate or have up to three years of experience, we’re interested. You should have strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be a team player.
