• Lead a portfolio of large‑scale data center BAS and EPMS projects from design through commissioning
• Oversee multi‑discipline teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client SLAs
• Develop detailed project budgets and maintain cost control while supporting cash flow management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue management
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site evaluations to promote a safety‑first mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field
• 5–10+ years of project management experience in BAS, EPMS, or mission‑critical MEP systems
• Strong understanding of BAS/EPMS architecture, network topologies, and electrical distribution equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience managing multimillion‑dollar project budgets and skilled in financial forecasting and cost control

• Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments
• PMP certification
• Expertise with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and project controls tools
• Skilled in leading diverse teams in high‑pressure, schedule‑driven environments
• Strong emphasis on procedural consistency, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence
