RTX is seeking an intern/co-op for hands-on experience in automation and smart factory initiatives at the Cedar Rapids site. You will work on planning capital projects, evaluating new technologies, and delivering data-driven insights to operations teams.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, use of Solid Works/Siemens NX, and exposure to Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon systems within RTX.
