Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager

• Coordinate execution of key elements of the quarterly earnings process, including business unit insights and peer analysis
• Lead execution of UFG's capital management strategy, collaborating with partners to improve capital adequacy and risk‑adjusted return
• Develop a deep understanding of rating agency capital models and analyze the impact of business strategies in partnership with ERM
• Support investment portfolio management functions, including performance monitoring and analysis of economic conditions
• Play a key role in developing and executing corporate development strategies

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area
• Minimum five years of experience in the insurance or financial industry relevant to the role
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements
  
  Ability to simplify complex topics and influence multiple levels of leadership
• Strong analysis skills with a focus on high‑quality analysis

• MBA or other advanced degree beneficial
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn technical concepts
• Proven ability to balance and lead execution of multiple priorities across functional areas
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
