We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Credit Team!

The Exposure Management Credit Analyst will facilitate credit approvals for end users with exposure levels above set limits, monitor exposure levels, and establish credit limits for recurrent business clients. They will use all relevant information to make educated credit decisions, balancing risk with policy, while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform duties as authorized by credit and policy levels.
  • Identify recurring end users to proactively establish credit limits.
  • Review recommendations from team credit analysts and decide on credit approvals.
  • Track performance of high exposure end users and update records.
  • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, industry data, and collateral data for informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Large Transaction Analysts on transactions exceeding set levels.
  • Assist with portfolio reviews and ad hoc credit processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer programs across business units.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced credit staff.
  • Monitor market conditions affecting credit strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • Credit experience with Great America or similar lender experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, desire to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
