* Resolve complex financial questions where requirements, data, or processes are not fully defined by clarifying the problem, evaluating options, and developing practical solutions.
* Communicate complex financial information clearly to strategic and operational audiences.
* Extract financial data from accounting and information systems to support analysis.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data to assess past performance and project future results.
* Provide leadership and direction to junior-level staff, including reviewing their work for accuracy, completeness, and sound analytical conclusions.
