Position Overview:

As a Financial Systems Analyst on the Finance Application Support Team, you will support critical finance applications and collaborate with colleagues in the United States and the Netherlands. Based in Cedar Rapids, IA, you will help maintain and troubleshoot applications, provide timely user support, and partner with a global team across time zones and cultures. You will use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, resolve issues efficiently, improve processes, and implement practical solutions.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining application stability and delivering responsive support. Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Tagetik finance processes, including data models, data integrations, workflows, and multidimensional reporting solutions.

Evaluate manual processes and design efficient, sustainable solutions within Tagetik.

Collaborate with business teams across multiple countries to prioritize requests and incidents, meet deadlines, and minimize operational disruption.

Investigate Tagetik production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely, effective solutions.

Perform accurate system maintenance to support reliable monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes in Tagetik.

Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting and related information systems.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve business and system issues and support effective finance operations.

Participate in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program increment planning.

Use Scrum boards to organize priorities, track progress, and communicate the status of assigned work.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience.

Developing and implementing process improvements.

Working knowledge of financial area preferred (for example, investments, insurance products, premium).Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, customer service approach.
