Human Services Supervisor – 2nd Shift Direct Care

Overview

Do you have experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities and are looking to take the next step in your career? To The Rescue is currently seeking qualified individuals to manage all aspects related to the ongoing implementation of the Human Service Program as our Human Service Supervisor.

• As a Housing Supervisor you will work alongside staff members to support and assist the members, complete documentation accurately and timely, participate in on-call rotation, and fill in direct care hours as needed to ensure coverage.
• You will provide weekly progress updates on each member, help develop goals for members, create monthly staffing schedules, review payroll for accuracy, and participate in a variety of other tasks and duties as assigned.
