We currently have an opening for a Director of Health and Wellness.

Our DHW's role is to oversee the activities of the Resident/Med Aides and to model the activities of daily living that are performed in a manner consistent with the philosophy of Assisted Living.

Job Type: Full-time

• Provide direction for the Resident/Med Aides’ service to the residents.
• Monitors resident service plans, according to state regulations. Records information to determine quality of service to residents and directs caregivers to implement needed change.
• Monitors and maintains records reflecting residents’ physical and mental condition. Reports all significant changes in a resident’s condition to his or her physician.
• Works with pharmacy to ensure the appropriate handling of, receiving, storing, and reordering of medications.
• Ensures confidentiality related to care staff concerns and corrective measures
• Assist with coordination of temporary and/or permanent transfers or discharges to another facility.
