  Required Experience:
  
  first assist in the OR, endoscopic vein harvesting, and pre/post‑op consults.
• Work within a highly collegial and supportive Cardiothoracic Surgery team committed to excellence.
• This CTS program recently earned a 3‑star STS rating; fewer than 10 % of U.S. open heart programs reach this distinction.
• Program also recognized as one of the nation’s Top 50 cardiovascular hospitals by Fortune and IBM Watson Health, the only such hospital in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor.
• Monday‑Friday schedule with very light call duties.
• Compensation ranges up to $225,000, commensurate with experience.
• Sign‑on bonus and relocation stipend provided.
