As a Multisystemic Therapist, you’ll serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing therapeutic services and support to high‑risk youth and their families, while delivering direct care services that are:

The duties of a Multisystemic Therapist include conducting in‑home assessments, providing community‑based treatment, maintaining thorough documentation, and engaging in proactive collaboration with youth, families, community members, and stakeholders—ensuring full fidelity to the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model.

• Current Iowa License
• Masters‑level licensed therapist: LMSW, LISW, LMHC‑t, LMHC, LMFT‑t, LMFT
