- Experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred for the past 24 months.
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
- Active CPR certification required.
- Current driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and ability to travel between multiple locations within the region.
- Ability to obtain Hospice Nursing Assistant Certification (through CHPN) within 24 months of employment.
