• Assist residents with meals, ensuring the items provided meet their dietary needs.
• Ensure the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dietary equipment.
• Apply knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to help residents feel comfortable and safe during meals.

• Minimum education:
  
  10th grade (or equivalent).
• Prior Skilled Nursing Food service experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
