Thriveworks in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. Independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LISW, PhD) and Iowa residency are required; you’ll maintain a minimum caseload with 20 hours of weekly availability and work with diverse clients, including couples and children.
We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation.
