About Us
We operate the Radisson Hotel in Cedar Rapids. Our mission is to enrich the lives of others through hospitality, fostering a workplace where friendly, flexible, hardworking, and helpful team members thrive. At Radisson Cedar Rapids, we have 220 rooms, a fitness center, business center, 14 meeting rooms with 28,000 square feet, an indoor pool, and an on-site restaurant and bar. We provide guests with free breakfast and many other amenities.
About The Role
Housekeeping Attendants create order out of chaos. This role is physically demanding, requiring lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, etc., as you create "guest-ready" spaces. Housekeeping Departments are the beating heart of our hotels. You will work independently, maintain attention to detail, meet cleaning time standards, and actively communicate with maintenance and front desk teams to ensure stellar guest service.

We seek a positive, proactive team player who thrives independently and excels at improving overall guest and teammate experience. Must be flexible with hours, including weekends, and meet physical requirements of the position.
