Your expertise will drive recruitment strategy, demonstrate the Corda brand, and make a tangible impact on the organization. You will develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives leveraging a variety of sourcing channels including college recruitment activities, advisory boards, job fairs, and community engagement to attract top‑tier talent.

Responsibilities- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate in‑person interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and utilize recruitment metrics to refine processes.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote Corda Credit Union as an employer of choice.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and key stakeholders.

- Applicant Tracking System and/or HRIS experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Candidate sourcing expertise

- Maintaining a candidate pipeline
