Job Description SummaryThis is a 3‑month assignment (possible extension) for a Temporary Intermediate FINRA Contract Sourcer. Must be able to work independently and in a team, manage tight timelines, reach out to candidates, conduct initial screens, keep records, and collaborate with hiring managers. Develop innovative recruiting strategies and act as a liaison for potential candidates.
Responsibilities- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Execute on exempt and non‑exempt positions.
- Tell recruiting story based on data and present it to clients.
- Minimize risk by maintaining proper documentation.
- Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through traditional and creative sourcing methods, including internal database searches, Linked In, Indeed, social media, and job board resume searches.
- Screen resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and conduct phone and video interviews.
- Administer skill assessments where required to verify candidate capabilities and knowledge.
- Qualify candidates and conduct screening calls and in‑person/video interviews.
- Coordinate and assist in scheduling client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates using effective sourcing strategies and creative recruiting methods to source new talent in untapped markets.
- Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected vacancies; reviews and evaluates applicants’ work history, education, training, and other qualifications.
- Notify applicants of consideration or rejection; interview those selected that meet organization qualifications; inform candidates of duties, compensation, benefits, schedule, career advancement opportunities, etc.; conduct and score or arrange testing of applicants and record results.
- Prepare and extend job offers; or authorize appropriate paperwork.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated success with sourcing FINRA licensed candidates.
- Recruiting Workday Experience.
- Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry experience a plus.
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools (Workday and Phenom preferred).
- Ability to handle 20+ requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Direct FINRA recruiting experience.
- Hybrid Office or Remote Environment.
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $25.00 and $45.00 annually. The salary range is a good faith estimate and actual starting pay is determined by qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
